the week

so this has become my morning routine...5:30amish...omlete for breakfast, pasta for lunch....umm i'm personal training now, and have already have a 4 pack client, 12 pack, and 2 16 packs...if you're lookin' for the hook up on the weight loss holla at me...then again since no one even know's about this site i'm really just talkin to myself...anyway, today i went and started my back piece...

2:45am


yeah so it's 2:45am, and i've been up since about...12:30...yeah this sucks. i wish i could just sleep like a normal person, but i'm not normal i guess. i have my first client today at 3:30pm...i'm a little nervous, but i'm doing a run through with one of the other top trainers an hour or so before so i'll be able to use what i learn from him during the workout. anyway, i've gotta make some pasta so i can have lunch today. peace dood.

slackin'....

maynneeee...yeah so i've been slackin' major on the bloggage...my bad. so much has gone down...mum's flipped out so i bounce for a couple days things are all gravy now, but she was trippin' for a minute. track's goin' good they had the day off today because there was no school due to presidents day. oh i have my 1st p.t. client on wednesday...little never racking, but should it should be ok. only really cool thing goin' on is that i got this new skin for my sidekicker...

windows for your eyes

these are my new goggles. they're spy: blizzard....gangsta :) i wanna get a mirror lens, but i'm having trouble finding them. goin' boardin' next weekend with the wify to homewood, and i can't wait!!! i haven't been in like two weeks!!! :( i'm goin' crazy i need some pow.

1st week of coaching

so i just finished my first week of coach, and i've actually already typed this out before, but because i didn't realize something within' this system i'm retyping it. with that said that means this is the 2second version of my first week of coaching. ready...go...

best job i've ever had. i love the fact that i get so excited to go to practice, and see these kids. they seem to like me still, but then again all we've been doing is plyo, speed, and ab work. tomorrow will be the first day of actually running, and they want me to run with them. today i woke up early, and went running from the gym to y.v. which took me about 10 minutes. i felt good running, but i'm not sure if i'm ready to run at a pace which should be timed. i think i'm gonna just continue running this week on my own, and start with them next week.

as far as their practice for tomorrow i think i'll have them run an 800, 700, 600, some plyo work, then abs. i think the workout plan will go hard running in the beginning of the week, but easy plyo work. then finish the week with easy running, but harder plyo work. oh man i can't wait until tomorrow!!! :)

blog blog it's been so long since i've blogged

well it's been a good two weeks since i've posted anything so there's a little to catch up on. first off murph and i went snowboardin' in tahoe to sugar bowl. it was a little icy, but it was a sunny day, so it was coo. not as good as when i went with slims, and her bro's, but still a good time all in all. oh yeah, i rocked the kr3w pokadot shirt gangsta i know.



next there was corny's b day parlay in davis.



in which virginia, her brother, and one of her friends came along to we were way faded...

the night was coo at first, but slims bro...was a little too drunk, and i had to take him home...

eva mah even made a special apperiance from so cal...

all in all it was a good time.
